Professor Rongxian (Ruth) Xu is currently teaching at Fujian Medical University in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
She has been teaching Nutrition and Public Health in China for the past 34 years. Her graduated students are looking after peoples health all around the world. In fact, one of them is now her new boss.
Ruth loves working with new mums and their babies. She has also spent time in Perth and Auckland doing research work at those Universities.
